Shipping Policy

All orders will be shipped from our fulfillment locations. Orders will be shipped within 1-3 days of receipt.

We only ship within the continental US.

Shipping cost is calculated on the Dollar amount of order total: If the product is heavy there may be extra shipping. Shipping costs are regulated by the shipping company.

Exceptions:

Shipping for Jewelry is $2.00 per piece

Gift Basket Shipping:

Each gift basket is made fresh just for you after your order is placed. They are shipped as soon as possible, should be intransit 5 days or less. Please note that ship day, saturday, sunday and all holidays are not considered delivery days.Shipping is usually by UPS ground. Due to the special handling, shipping is separate from the rest of your order. We can not guarantee delivery date. We can now offer USPS  Priority and Express mail.

USPS Shipping Options Detail:

USPS IF ORDERED PRIOR TO 5:00 PM Mountain Time and you select:

USPS PRIORITY MAIL - will ship the following business day and deliver within 2 - 3 days after shipping. No delivery on Sundays or government observed holidays. Can not be shipped to a P.O. Box or  a P.O. Box service.

USPS EXPRESS - will ship the following business day and deliver to MOST addresses the day following shipping except Sundays and government observed holidays. Must include P.O. Box if applicable as the Post Office will not deliver to those who utilize a P.O. Box service.

We will contact you with instructions on how and
where to return your package. We will also issue an RMA (return authorization
number) which MUST accompany the return. Please do not return an item without
consulting Loving Pet Products first. This procedure must be followed to
insure that you receive credit for your return.

We try our best to fill your orders correctly.
However If we made a mistake or sent you a defective item; we will credit your
card PLUS pay for the return shipping charges. We must be notified within 5
days of receipt. Wrongly shipped or defective items MUST be returned in their
original package with all documentation in order for proper credit.

If you are disappointed with your purchase for any
reason within 20 days of purchase, we will take it back, but YOU will have to
pay for return shipping. Item must be New and unused in Original packaging and
documentation required.
