All orders will be shipped from
our fulfillment locations. Orders will be shipped within 1-3 days of receipt.
We only ship within the continental US.
Shipping cost is calculated on the Dollar amount
of order total: If the product is heavy there may be extra shipping. Shipping
costs are regulated by the shipping company.

Gift Basket Shipping:
Each gift basket is made fresh just for you after your order is placed.
They are shipped as soon as possible, should be intransit 5 days or less.
Please note that ship day, saturday, sunday and all holidays are not
considered delivery days.Shipping is usually by UPS ground. Due to the special
handling, shipping is separate from the rest of your order. We can not
guarantee delivery date.
Return Policy
We
do not accept returns of food items.

We will contact you with instructions on how and
where to return your package. We will also issue an RMA (return authorization
number) which MUST accompany the return. Please do not return an item without
consulting Loving Pet Products first. This procedure must be followed to
insure that you receive credit for your return.
Incorrect
Address: All orders must be complete with the correct verifiable
address, city, state and zip code. Loving Pet Products
will not be responsible for a gift being mis-delivered or delivered
late when a bad address is supplied. We cannot guarantee quality
of the product, when customer gives bad address, and the package is
held over by shipper.We will ship to the address supplied on the order.
Damages: Please contact shipper to initiate
a clam with the carrier. If the carrier pays the claim to us we will reimburse
you up to the value of the product and original shipping. We are unable to
issue you a credit until the claim has been paid to us. Normal waiting time is
4 – 6 weeks. The credit if any will be applied to the credit card on which the
product was originally purchased.
Substitution
Policy (Gift Baskets)
Loving
Pet Products will make every effort to supply products as represented on our
website. Upon an occasion, it may be necessary to substitute containers or
ingredients to fill your order. Loving Pet Products will not be required to
make an adjustment or to communicate to customer
that
a substitution was necessary.
We try our best to fill your orders correctly.
However If we made a mistake or sent you a defective item; we will
credit your card PLUS pay for the return shipping charges. We must be notified
within 5 days of receipt. Wrongly shipped or defective items MUST be returned
in their original package with all documentation in order for proper credit.
If you are disappointed with your purchase for any
reason within 14 days of purchase, we will take it back (not food items), but
YOU will have to pay for return shipping. Item must be New undamaged and
unused in Original packaging and documentation required.
